RENEWAL COMMISSION

Standard Sole Agency Renewal Rental Fees: 9.6% including VAT (8% plus VAT) for the first renewal term and8.4% including VAT (7% plus VAT) for any subsequent renewal terms.

Standard Multi-Agency Renewal Rental Fees: 8.4% including VAT (7% plus VAT) for the first renewal term and 7.2% including VAT (6% plus VAT) for any subsequent renewal terms.
